I have worked with Jacaruso since 2009 at all of my properties. Currently, we have 3 properties being serviced by one Regional Director of Sales and will soon be adding two more. We had been using Jacaruso for a single property in our portfolio for several months when the COVID19 pandemic hit, and we were forced to lay off many staff members as did many other hotels. We kept Jacaruso for the one property and added the other hotels to Jacaruso. In the first month our top line at ALL three hotels was up by over 50% and this was significant occupancy for many was in single digits. These results have been so successful, I doubt that we will return to the conventional Sales Manager on property in the future.
