I just want to express gratitude on behalf of our hotels for the incredible assistance our RDOS has given us, specifically with business cases. Our RDOS truly goes above and beyond for our properties and we are all so excited to be working with Jacaruso.

Jacaruso offers sales support and training by hospitality sales professionals that are selling today in the trenches.  Our hotels couldn’t sign up fast enough.  This is a fantastic hospitality sales solution that actually addresses the issues salespeople are facing today, with real contemporary application.

We had been using Jacaruso for a single property in our portfolio for several months when the COVID19 pandemic hit, and we were forced to lay off many staff members as did many other hotels. We kept Jacaruso for the one property and added the other hotels to Jacaruso. In the first month our top line at ALL three hotels was up by over 50% and this was significant occupancy for many was in single digits. These results have been so successful, I doubt that we will return to the conventional Sales Manager on property in the future.

My RDOS continues to do an amazing job. His level of communication and his focus on getting heads in beds has really shown in the ability to stay above water during this pandemic. We could not be doing this without JE.
