Toni Jacaruso knows hotels. Her passion, vision and drive are revolutionizing the hospitality industry. With 30+ years of hands-on experience, she founded Jacaruso Enterprises in 2007, pioneering the category of remote hotel sales support services. From sales training and lead generation to marketing and revenue recovery, Toni and her team are slaying countless challenges with innovative approaches that boost revenue, and improve hotel performance and profitability.

Transforming hundreds of the best-known and respected hotel brands globally, JE has grown like wildfire, reaching revenues of $18 million by 2019.

Toni earned a BA in Business Management from Concordia University and an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism from Touro University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. However, what makes her an inspiring and beloved leader is not her credentials or accolades. Toni is known for her contagious energy, refreshing candor and down-to-earth authenticity. She’s grounded in the knowledge that JE’s success is possible because of the many skills and talents of the rock-star team she’s assembled, loved and mentored.
